What WingJobs is
An independent scanner that reads operators' careers pages so you do not have to. No agency, no reposting, no account to open.
What it does
WingJobs reads the careers pages of 54 operators every 3 hours and puts everything it finds in one filterable list. It is a scanner, not an agency: it never receives your application, never asks you to create an account, and every link goes straight to the operator's own advert. Nothing is reposted here — the ads belong to the operators.
How it works
Every careers portal is read automatically — BambooHR, Recruitee, Teamtailor, Salesforce, and a headless browser for JavaScript-rendered sites. No manual work is involved, and no job is retyped by hand.
Each scan is compared with the previous one by content signature. A vacancy that was not there last time is flagged as new straight away, and one that disappears is expired — unless the whole source went quiet at once, which is treated as a fault rather than as an empty job board.
Required hours and type-rating wording are read from the ad itself, and every badge carries the sentence that justifies it. Where the ad is ambiguous, nothing is shown — a wrong figure is worse than no figure.
What it deliberately leaves out
An operator that recruits continuously — a talent pool, a speculative application form, a cadet academy — has no dated vacancy to follow, and would sit at the top of the list for ever. Those are kept apart, in the directory of 5 operators hiring without advertising, where each one is labelled by who pays for the training.
