Some operators never post a vacancy — they keep a pool, take speculative applications, or run an academy. They cannot appear in a job feed, so they are listed here instead, with the wording from their own page.
These operators hire pilots, but they do not post dated vacancies — so they never appear in the job feed, and they are not counted in its open positions. The wording quoted under each one is taken from the operator's own page. Nothing here is a job offer: some are talent pools, one is training you pay for yourself. The badge says which.

Why these are not in the job feed
A dated vacancy opens and closes — that is what the scanner follows, and what lets it tell you something is new. A talent pool has no such date: it would sit at the top of the list for ever, next to a job posted this week, and the count of open positions would stop meaning anything. So they live here instead, as a directory. This page is checked weekly, not scanned — the rest of the site is refreshed automatically, this list is not.
